Personal training is all about getting you along the development path faster. We help you articulate your goals and give create a plan to help you achieve them. Depending on your needs this might involve:
- On road bike training
- Home trainer bike training
- Specific cycling drills and skills on the bike
- Core strength development
- Specific weight and resistance training
- Road safety and group riding skills
- Sport specific training for Road, MTB, Tri and BMX
We can arrange a single session to help you work on a particular element or discounted 5 or 10 session packs to really get you rolling. Our trainers are very experienced at developing riders of all levels reach their goals.
Matt is our “young gun” and an enthusiastic competitor in Tri’s of all distances including Full Iron Man events. He is a certified (Cert 4) personal trainer and also has a Diploma in Weight Loss. He is currently working on achieving his level 1 Triathlon coaching accreditation and has been working as a personal trainer for 4 years. With a childhood in BMX and a sense of adventure that includes MTB Matt really has your cycling needs covered.
Kathy is also our Store Manager, so you may recognize her smiling face. She has a Masters of Exercise Physiology and has been coaching and personal training for over 20 years including some Aussie reps. In her experience kit bag Kathy was also a licensed motorcycle and road safety instructor for over 5 years and has a special interest in keeping cyclists safe on the road.
