Shipping and Delivery Policy:

We deliver products Australia wide using Registered Mail with Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size & weight of your purchase as well as your delivery location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location within Australia. I

 Hornsby Cycles recommends that you choose a delivery address where someone is present between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm to accept delivery to receive your order as a signature may be required upon delivery. Responsibility will not be taken for loss or delay due to any incorrect delivery details provided by you at time of order.

Pricing and Transaction Policy:

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax). We accept both Visa and Mastercard for purchases on our online shop. We also accept cash and EFTPOS in our physical shop in Hornsby. Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart based on the size, weight and destination of your order. Calculator must be operational when we assess the website.

Customer Service Policy:

Hornsby Cycles is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed and available to add to your cart on our website are currently in stock and pricing is correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3 to 7 business days. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

 Refund Policy:

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you to take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Hornsby Cycles will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
